What's Your Story About?
Five Emissaries from the Universe: an All-About-Me Fairy, a Beatnik Fairy, a Fairy from Mafairyia, a Rules-and-Regulations Fairy, and a Fairy from Tongue-Tied Mountain hook Esther Krivda, our writer, to write the tale of a formerly-happy, formerly-perfect-family – the Oomlas. The Emissaries came from their lands to save the Oomlas’ young daughter but that might be impossible, as her formerly-carefree parents are presently keeping secrets from each other, and now their young daughter is keeping secrets, too.
The Fairies are soon joined in their mission by the What If, an atomic-sized-agitator, and a Louis Armstrong Moon. But can anyone realistically expect a Me-First-Snot and a bunch of tricksters to transform themselves into do-gooders and actually get the sorrowful, secretive Oomlas to spill their beans and find their long lost perfection again?
Where the What If Roams and the Moon is Louis Armstrong is a land where words play and characters think. And where What-Ifs and Whats-Its and Whos-Its are, if need be, spindled and mutilated, gleefully and wittily. Alas, they’re spindled and mutilated, even if they needn’t be.
